We engage in activities involving the further development of pioneering environmental impact reduction measures and area-wide energy usage at the district and city block level, bidirectional supply and demand for electricity and heat in the Sakishima District, while taking part in groundbreaking verification tests concerning energy and helping to commercialize these achievements. We also aim to put technologies developed through verification tests into a package and further develop the Osaka/ Kansai economy by taking these technologies overseas through the creation of export models.

・The exchange of, as well as the unfettered and self-managed supply of heat and electricity using rail
infrastructure.
・Involving users of EMS-equipped facilities in improving local energy efficiency.
・Creating a local energy supply station at a sewage treatment plant.
・Creating a commercialization model with collaboration from government, industry and academia through a verification test

・Achieving higher-level healthcare through the deployment of RT.
・Smart mobility through the integration of RT, EV ( electric vehicles), and ICT.
・Creating a content base using RT as an image tag.
・Market development with the entire area as a smart package model.
